Ceiling, top, wall-mounted or suspended? Whatever you call them, you'll master their production with ease.
We have prepared ribs in several height and depth variants, so that everyone can choose. You can set the total length of the cabinet yourself using construction battens, which you will cut to the required size (construction battens are purchased separately.) The result will be a light and very strong cabinet frame that will fit our MAR-VAN support structure like a glove.
For Ford Transit, we have prepared two types of frames, for the front and rear parts of the vehicle, due to the different shape of the basic support structure. Thanks to the use of both types, you can create one long ceiling cabinet along the entire length of the vehicle (the front panels of the cabinets will be flush).
Procedure:
- select the number of frames and construction battens according to the final cabinet length
- shorten the battens to the desired size
- Assemble the cabinet frame using suitable wood glue (waterproof/water-resistant D4) and screws
- Attach the cabinet frame to the already installed MAR-VAN support structure using polyurethane glue and screws
- The prepared base of the cabinet can now be clad with any material
The ceiling structure module is not required for the installation of these cabinets.
