Product availability
- IN STOCK = the goods are ready in our warehouse and we can ship them immediately
- WITHIN 4 DAYS = we will manufacture, assemble for the given vehicle type, pack, and deliver the set within four working days
- MANUFACTURED ON DEMAND = we will only put the goods into production after the order has been created and paid for (you can find the estimated production time in the product description)
- UPON INQUIRY = please do not hesitate to contact us to find out the availability of this product
Creating an order
To create an order, simply add the selected items to your cart, fill in the billing information, select the shipping and payment method, and confirm the order by clicking the "order with obligation to pay" button. You will subsequently receive a confirmation to your email inbox.
Shipping and payment
- Gebrüder weiss = Economy freight shipping
An economical carrier for bulky products such as wall and ceiling frameworks, furniture components and shower boxes. The shipping price is calculated automatically according to the total weight, dimensions and delivery address.
Delivery within the EU usually takes 4–7 business days. The carrier will receive your telephone number and will contact or inform you regarding the delivery.
Please note that Gebrüder Weiss does not provide parcel storage or repeated delivery attempts. Someone must therefore be available at the delivery address on the agreed delivery date. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned directly to us and additional shipping costs may apply.
- DHL = Express shipping
Faster shipping for both standard and oversized parcels, suitable for all our systems.
Delivery within Europe usually takes 2–4 business days. The shipping price is calculated automatically according to the total weight, dimensions and delivery address.
- DPD = for the transport of standard size products up to a maximum weight of 31,5 kg and a length of 175 cm, the shipping price is calculated automatically based on weight
- Personal Pickup = by prior arrangement at the address of our workshop: Ruprechtice 139, Meziměstí 549 83
Payment
- by bank transfer to our bank account - in EURO or CZK
- in cash at our workshop when collecting the order
- cash on delivery – payable to the courier in cash or by card
- card payment – you can pay for your order online using a Visa or Mastercard payment card. Payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
After selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the secure Comgate payment gateway, where you can enter your payment card details or choose to pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay. You will then confirm the payment using the method required by your bank.
Once the payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected back to our online store. We usually receive confirmation of the payment immediately.

Order dispatch
We dispatch orders only after they have been paid for (except for cash on delivery). If we have the goods in stock, they will leave our warehouse on the same day or the next day (collections usually take place in the afternoon).
Order cancellation
Have you placed an order but changed your mind? Just send us an email and we will cancel it.
Damaged package
When receiving the shipment, we recommend that you carefully check the package. In case of visible damage, have the courier note this fact in the delivery protocol. In case of extensive damage, do not accept the package. If you discover damage after unpacking, immediately take photos of the shipment and contact us.
Return of goods
Unused and undamaged goods can be returned without giving a reason within 14 day. You can find the exact procedure and the withdrawal form
