Universal add-on module for MAR-VAN® support structures. Intended for the height of H2 and H3 vehicles.
When using 12 mm lightweight plywood as the top board of the resulting frame, we recommend a maximum distance of 20 cm between individual beams. Even better reinforcement can be achieved by creating a sandwich (= adding a second board from below). The overall rigidity must always be adapted to the resulting load.
You can enlarge the bed to the maximum body width, i.e., up to the sheet metal. Simply cut out the obstructing ribs of the basic support structure and insert the window frame add-on module, which will help you with subsequent cladding.
The required final bed length determines the number of beams (see photo). Individual beams (190 cm) must be shortened individually according to the width of your vehicle.
