We ourselves have often struggled with ceiling cladding, how to create a level surface, bridge protruding body parts, and finally elegantly connect it to the wall cladding. Finally, however, we have a solution not only for our conversions, but also for you. With this module, you can easily solve the ceiling structure even in the case of the challenging plastic roofs of some vans.
Screws, washers, and nuts are required for assembly. Composition: screw, washer, structural rib, ceiling rib, washer, spring washer, nut. Here you will find the mounting kit, which contains everything you need.
The final cladding is your choice. You can use tongue and groove boards of various thicknesses and widths, lightweight and waterproof plywood, honeycomb panels, faux leather, and so on.
With this vehicle, the ceiling ribs in the area of the side doors cannot be attached in the standard way due to the door runner located above the door. In this area, the ribs must be anchored directly to the sheet metal beams of the vehicle body ceiling.
Fasten the other ribs in the standard way, as stated in the installation manual.
