Composite shower enclosure

Shower cubicles "in stock" are usually ready for collection/dispatch within two days. If the item is "to order", production takes 6-8 weeks after the order is created and paid for.

One of the most demanding parts of both domestic and professional renovations is the bathroom. Standard bathrooms are typically assembled only as plywood boards with sealed joints. When driving, the vehicle body twists, vibrates, and deforms, which sooner or later causes standard joints to loosen and water to get where it shouldn't. That's why we've come up with a solution you can be absolutely sure will never leak. By combining a frame structure, composite material, three-phase insulation, and monolithic surface treatment, we have achieved a perfect result that can withstand extreme loads off-road, especially for 4x4 vehicles, expedition vehicles, and vehicles of L2 length or more.

This patented shower box was developed based on experience with material behaviour in the aerospace industry, which sets the strictest standards and requirements for the final products. Thanks to this knowledge, we can offer a product that is resistant to deformation, vibration, cyclic stress, torsion, and high temperature differences. The self-supporting structure, special adhesives, sealants, and anchoring elements ensure maximum resistance in the event of a traffic accident. The material used is not brittle, so you will not be endangered by a shower of sharp fragments in case of impact. Another undeniable advantage is the very low weight, which helps maintain better driving characteristics of the vehicle.

One product, versatile use

Our boxes don't just have to be used for showering. You can place any selected toilet here, whether built-in, portable, chemical, or composting (in the case of a built-in toilet, we recommend the Thetford C400 toilet, which fits perfectly). Of course, you can also add a sink or a vanity unit. And if you lead a heating outlet from the bottom of the box, you can turn it into a drying room for wet equipment or laundry.

Simple and Quick Installation

Shower cubicles are supplied assembled (due to the technology used, it's not possible otherwise), saving you any assembly worries. Simply place the cubicle in the vehicle and secure it according to the installation manual. Along with the shower cubicle, you will also receive an installation kit, which includes:

• LED lighting with a touch sensor (option for smooth dimming)
• drain plug (one piece is included in the price, but it is possible to purchase additional plugs for the floor or wall separately, thus reliably ensuring water drainage regardless of the vehicle's tilt)

External cladding to your specifications

Since our composite shower enclosure is self-supporting, you can use a relatively thin and light material for cladding. However, ensure sufficient thickness and strength of the material at the point of attachment for additional equipment, such as a sink or vanity unit. Before installing the cladding, it is important to lightly roughen the surface of the enclosure with sandpaper, clean thoroughly of dust and dirt, and finally degrease with C6000 thinner or isopropanol. Then you can attach plywood, paneling, leatherette, laminated boards, or other material to match your bathroom to the rest of the interior. For gluing the cladding, we recommend Carbond 940FC adhesive sealant or any PU adhesive.

• you can also purchase sliding shower doors, which we offer in white and silver (if sliding doors are not the right solution for you, you can make your own, or choose a classic shower curtain on a rod or a retractable ceiling roller blind)
