One of the most demanding parts of both DIY and professional conversions is the bathroom. Standard bathrooms are often assembled simply as plywood panels with caulked joints. When driving, the vehicle body twists, vibrates, and deforms, which sooner or later causes regular joints to loosen and water to get where it shouldn't. That is why we have come up with a solution that you can be absolutely sure will never leak. By combining a frame structure, composite material, three-phase insulation, and monolithic surface finish, we have achieved a perfect result that can withstand even extreme off-roads, particularly in 4x4 vehicles, expedition vehicles, and vehicles of length L2 and greater.

This patented shower box was developed based on experience with material behavior in the aerospace industry, which sets the strictest standards and requirements for final products. Thanks to this knowledge, we can offer a product that is resistant to deformation, vibrations, cyclic stress, torsion, and high temperature differences. The self-supporting structure, special adhesives, sealants, and anchoring elements ensure maximum resistance in a traffic accident. The material used is not brittle, so you won't be threatened by a smash of sharp fragments in the event of an impact. Another undeniable advantage is the very low weight, which helps maintain better vehicle handling.

One product, versatile use

Our boxes don't only have to be used for showering. You can place any toilet of your choice here, whether built-in, portable, chemical, or composting (in the case of a built-in toilet, we recommend the Thetford C400 WC, which fits here perfectly). Of course, you can also add a washbasin or a vanity cabinet. And if you run a heating vent into the lower part of the box, you can turn it into a drying room for soaked gear or laundry.

Simple and quick installation

We deliver the shower cabins assembled (due to the technology used, it cannot be done otherwise), which eliminates any worries about assembly. You just set the cabin in the vehicle and anchor it according to the installation manual. Along with the shower cabin, you also receive an installation kit, which includes:

• LED lighting with a touch sensor (with the option of continuous dimming)

• drain outlet (one piece is included in the price, but it is possible to purchase additional outlets for the floor or wall separately to reliably ensure water drainage regardless of the vehicle's tilt)

Exterior cladding according to your preferences

Since our composite cabin is self-supporting, you can use a relatively thin and light material for the cladding. However, ensure sufficient thickness and strength of the material where additional equipment is anchored, such as a washbasin or vanity cabinet. Before installing the cladding, it is important to lightly roughen the surface of the box with sandpaper, thoroughly clean it of dust and dirt, and finally degrease it with C6000 thinner or isopropanol. You can then glue plywood, tongue and groove cladding, leatherette, laminated boards, or other material to match your bathroom with the rest of the interior. We recommend Carbond 940FC adhesive sealant or any PU adhesive for gluing the cladding.
